When submitting your request, please indicate whether you are interested in coaching or psychotherapy services and the main topic you wish to address. You are also welcome to provide details of your health insurance provider. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

If you send me a contact request, I will usually respond within 48 hours. If I need any further information, I will ask you directly and we will move on to scheduling an appointment. The initial consultation and up to two follow-up consultations serve as an opportunity to get to know each other and make a joint decision about whether to begin therapy or coaching.
