About me

My services are used by adults of all ages who want to actively shape their lives—people who are facing important decisions, want to find their own path, or want to achieve more satisfaction and ease in their everyday lives. Typical topics in my practice include: professional orientation, career & work-life balance, decision-making situations & change processes, relationships, family & social dynamics, stress, exhaustion & inner turmoil, personal development, meaning & joie de vivre. I also enjoy working with location-independent people, remote workers, or anyone who lives a flexible lifestyle and is seeking mental stability and personal clarity.

For me, success means when you noticeably get closer to your personal goals—whether through greater inner stability, more successful relationships, or a more conscious, value-oriented life.

My Approach

Specialization

As a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a trained systemic coach with additional qualifications in mindfulness-based methods, I use a wide range of different psychological methods. In my work, I have accompanied people in various stages of life—in acute care clinics, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient facilities—particularly with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts.

During our sessions, I work with scientifically proven methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, systemic coaching methods, and mindfulness—always tailored to your individual situation. It is particularly important to me to create an open, appreciative atmosphere in which we can work together to understand challenges, recognize patterns, and develop concrete changes that can be implemented in everyday life. My approach is also based on the principle that therapy and coaching should be realistic, transparent, and actionable.

In addition to behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and other methods of the latest behavioral therapy such as ACT and schema therapy, I am trained in systemic coaching and solution-focused coaching and integrate these methods into my treatments. My services are also aimed at people who work flexibly in terms of location and prefer online therapy so that they do not have to give up their flexibility and can find therapeutic support that follows them wherever they go.

My educational path took me from the University of Graz to the University of Würzburg and finally to the Berlin Academy for Psychotherapy. Thanks to my broad academic and practical training, B.Sc., M.Sc., licensure, and coaching training, I combine in-depth psychological knowledge with modern coaching approaches to provide clear, solution-oriented, and individualized support.
